Vaga AG is currently planning the so-called "Café House Project" in a supra-regional cooperation with the non-profit association Stiftong Lehm e.V..
Here, a chain of café houses is to be established throughout Europe, but also in Great Britain and Ireland, several hotels (or hotel chain) are to be redesigned and at least one new office building is to be constructed.
The office building, the hotel rooms and the respective cafés will have a complete interior made of clay - i.e. clay floor, clay ceiling and clay plaster walls.
Whether and to what extent each café building will also get an exterior façade made of adobe bricks, adobe walls or green bricks depends on the particular area and building.
There are plans to convert former McDonald stores into café houses. According to current plans, the exterior façade of the new office building, which will later house the administration of the café project, will consist entirely of rammed earth walls combined with greenery.
The café house chain is to
have a uniform appearance and thus a recognition value. For
